1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after processing (where available).

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • VastraSagar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • VastraSagar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
